Eligibility
Refunds apply to consulting engagements, workshops, and analytics projects only where fees have been paid in advance. Please submit a request in writing with the project name, invoice, reason, and preferred contact details.
Before work starts
If you cancel at least five business days before the agreed start date, we will refund prepaid fees less any non-refundable deposit, purchased materials, third-party charges, and reasonable preparation work already completed. Where no costs or work have been incurred, a full refund may be available.
After work starts
Once work has begun, completed analysis, workshops, reserved consulting time, data preparation, custom materials, and approved third-party costs are non-refundable. Any refund is limited to the unused portion of prepaid fees after these amounts are deducted. Deposits are non-refundable where the proposal identifies them as securing capacity.
Workshops, cancellation, and no-shows
You may request one reschedule without charge by giving at least three business days' notice, subject to availability. Later changes may incur a rescheduling fee stated in your engagement terms. A workshop missed without notice is treated as delivered because the time was reserved and preparation completed.
Workspace Benchcore cancellation
If we cancel and cannot offer a suitable replacement date, you may choose a refund for the undelivered portion or apply that amount as credit to another agreed service. This does not affect work already delivered.
How to request a refund
Email hello@workspace-benchcore.digital or write to 13 Jln Dato Sheikh Ahmad, 70000 Seremban, Negeri Sembilan, Malaysia. Requests should be made within 14 calendar days of cancellation or the issue giving rise to the request.
Processing and method
We review requests within five business days and may ask for supporting information. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, normally within 7–14 business days after approval; bank processing times may vary.
Exceptions
We will consider exceptions where required by Malaysian law or where serious unforeseen circumstances make the standard policy unreasonable. Project-specific cancellation terms in a signed agreement take priority where lawful.
